"TOP:
Nice work on your 2nd assignment, Ruben. Continue the effort to fulfill your potential. You're doing real well.

CHARACTER SHEET SECTION
Male heads:
   Good characters
   Good face
   Watch details of ear
   More chin (chin drops when mouth is open)

Female figure:
   Nose a little long-- mouth a little low

   Very good figure here, Ruben...
...and good shading
   Keep alert and watch details like hands, fingers, feet and toes.

PANELS:
between panels one and two:
   It's a good idea to have a clear panel separation

panel two:
   Show victims crawling onto roof, out of water

panel three:
   people on roof
   rescuer coming in


Ruben-
   You cannot assume that, because you know what's going on (in the story), that the reader should also know. Every panel must contain necessary information, so the reader knows (clearly) what's happening -- and you must plan your panels accordingly.
