"TOP:
Very nice first assignment, Ed. Very good use of reference and application of details. Lookin' good!

MAIN ILLUSTRATION / SPLASH:
   *Very good rendition of a scary house. Might be a good idea -- (and good practice) to place a piece of tracing paper over your pencils (like this) -- and inking on it. Inking your own pencils will be helpful in planning your pencils -- and it's part of the complete job.

PANELS:
ONE:
   perspective and texture
   keep face clear
   torso longer
   more ominous shadow

TWO:
   more threatening hands
   larger face, more expressive


Ed-
   Keep working on figure anatomy and proportions. Good layout for this page -- nice set-up of blacks and shadows.
